Harrow House International College International College asked Fit Hire to supply a diverse range of equipment to cater for their secondary pupils, to compliment their sports subjects which include racquet sports, football and basketball.
It’s always good to see schools embracing new forms of training, and here at Harrow House they have included a small Functional Rig as part of the equipment mix. This enables students to perform “real-world” exercises that compliment sports movement.
