Staff Gym - Kent

Making use of an unloved room and improving staff health was the aim of Driscolls EU in this innovative project, which formed part of their wellbeing programme.

Finding space for a staff gym can be a challenge, and at this customer site we refreshed a top floor space that was previously not being used efficiently.

With a low (and sloping) ceiling, we chose the equipment carefully and opted for a mix of Gym Gear and Concept 2 products.

Mirrors help to increase the feeling of space, and the low cupboards double up as bench seating.

To cater for strength training in this Light Commercial environment, a 3 station multi gym was installed, which fits perfectly into a corner.

Staff inductions were carried out by Fit Hire, and an ongoing service contract should keep the equipment reliable for many years to come.
